The Glavista team is proud to present a new state-of-the-art laboratory here at our Llodio ‘Centre of Excellence’. CEO Oscar Tejedor recently oversaw an internal ceremony, where he cut the ribbon as part of the laboratory’s official inauguration.
This new space comes as part of our 2020-2025 investment plan and marks an exciting step for Glavista. We will now be able to reach the highest level of performance as we implement cutting-edge physical (light transmission / reflection, colour space, moisture content) and mechanical tests (tensile, stress, fatigue). As such, we continue our journey as a top player in the Autoglass sector.
These new capabilities open a new avenue for research too. The R&D&I (
Research & Development & Innovation) team will be able to rely on the new machines’ functionalities to accelerate their learning, thus acquiring new knowledge to be applied to product Quality, for an outstanding result in our Autoglass solutions.
The new lab is part of a series of long-term investments that we at Glavista have committed to over the next number of years.
