For our part, we have adapted our production process. We are now bending all our camera references in one dedicated location – Furnace number 7 in Llodio. Here we have installed a robot to control the curvature of the windscreen in the camera area - within the same tolerances as the OE screen.
This ensures that our products now have the highest quality available in the market today – and to help you identify our products, we will be marking each of our windscreens with a quality label - showing that this is a premium product, guaranteed to the highest standards. Look for the label and avoid costly calibration failures.
