In response to customer feedback, Guardian Automotive has created new product label designs that aim to save time
and improve efficiencies by providing all the information required for smooth logistics and handling.
Launched in July, every crate and its windscreen have a newly designed label, featuring the product’s full
Eurocode, the standard barcode and a QR code. In addition, it includes a clearer description of the product in
an easy-to-read font as well as icons that call out the product’s main features.
Jose Apellaniz, IT Manager at Guardian Automotive, said: “By including the QR code and by placing two labels on
each crate and one larger label in front of each windscreen, identification will be easier – for more efficient
warehousing, which we hope will save customers time and work Moreover, all products will be marked as “Made in
Europe” – so you can be sure that they are made to the highest European quality standards.”
Asier Unibaso, Production Manager at Guardian Automotive, added: “We took this significant step in response to
customer requests. We will be closely monitoring their feedback to ensure the new labels fully meet their
requirements, demonstrating once again our commitment to creating that extraordinary customer experience.”
