If you haven’t visited our website for some time, we think you’ll be impressed by recent developments. In fact, previously you may have asked, “which website?” as the public and private (eShop) sites were separate. Not anymore – the Guardian Automotive web team has been working hard to merge both websites into one integrated and improved platform, which brings all information together in an easily navigable format accessible on any device. So wherever you are, you can quickly find product information, get the latest news or add a windscreen or side window to your shopping cart – just in time for overnight delivery.

It has also become a lot easier to find the product you need. Not just by car brand or model, but now you can search by Eurocode, OE Number or KBA, directly from the homepage. And, the product overview and detail pages now contain additional information about certification and calibration and the full pricelist is downloadable as an Excel document.

Another new feature to improve your visit is the addition of extended communication channels. During business hours you can now use the chat tool to reach out to our service desk and get an immediate reply to your questions. Additionally, you can call or email 24/7 to leave a comment, ask question or send us feedback and we’ll respond by the next business day.

In the weeks ahead we will be adding our social media channels and even more features including: VIN search capability, Excel document order uploading, and the latest product photos.
