“It must be simple.” We were guided by this thought when we set to work on the eShop relaunch project. And we have repeatedly measured ourselves by it during the entire course of the project.
Of course, all the functions that were already present have been retained. But a great deal has been added.
At the centre is the new, more individual search function, which now also allows results to be saved, thus making work for our customers much easier.
Alongside the
products, the required accessories are now shown in addition. The product descriptions themselves include more detailed properties and can be downloaded immediately.
Maximum cost transparency is ensured by displaying the prices, discount scaling as well as transport and insurance costs. The extended payment methods make using the shop more flexible and round off its financial updates.
Extensive statistical evaluations are now possible in the
personal customer account, making purchasing even simpler and faster e.g. using favourites lists.
These and other new features make the Glavista eShop, which also has a new technical base, a real added value for the day-to-day business of our customers.
