Registration
To the extent that Glavista Autoglas GmbH ("Glavista") makes content of the website only available upon first logging in, access to the content is possible only for registered users. The user has no claim for such registration. Glavista reserves the right to revoke issued access authorization by blocking access data without stating any reasons. If a registration is intended, the user is required to provide truthful information for the purpose of registration and to notify at least electronically any subsequent changes to Glavista without undue delay. The user is solely responsible for the security of its account and must make sure that the user data are not made accessible to third parties, and the user is also liable for all orders and other activity made by using the user data.
Liability for the own content and third party content
As a service provider under § 7 para. 1 German Telemedia Act [Telemediengesetz, "TMG"], Glavista is responsible for the own content provided for use on this website in accordance with the general law. This own content must be differentiated to content made available by other providers. Glavista makes their party content available by means of links. This third party content was examined when setting the first link with regard to whether it triggers potential responsibility under civil law or criminal law. However, the possibility cannot be precluded that the content will subsequently be changed by the respective providers. Glavista does not continuously examine the content to which Glavista links in its offering with regard to changes which could establish any new responsibility. The content and works on this website produced by Glavista are subject to German intellectual property rights (trademarks, design etc.), above also by German copyright law. The reproduction, processing, dissemination and every type of exploitation of protected content outside the limits set by copyright law require the written consent of the rights holder. Downloads and copies from this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. To the extent that the content on this site was not produced by Glavista, the copyrights of third parties have been observed; content of third parties is especially designated as such. If you become aware of an infringement of copyright, anyway, please notify us accordingly. Upon learning about copyright infringements, we will immediately remove such content.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies to these Terms and Conditions of Use to the extent legally permissible.
General provision
If one of these provisions is completely or partially invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
