We are passionate about our social responsibilities, both in terms of giving back to the community and protecting the environment for future generations. Therefore, we have a number of initiatives in place. 

We offer our support to a number of important causes that fit with our core values. In particular, our CSR work focuses on four key areas: ‘Knowledge, Employment & Development’, ‘Sports, Culture & Society’; Environment and Health.

Glavista fosters young talent in the community by collaborating with local schools to help students receive their certificates. We also have internship arrangements with several colleges, including the Basque Country and Deusto Universities. In terms of environmental responsibilities, we operate an Environmental Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. Charity is close to our hearts too. So far, we have supported the amazing work done by UNICEF, Médecins sans Frontières and the Psychosocial Cancer Counselling Centre.
